No way to set profile name and image on Contributor Profile

There doesn't seem to be a way to set the name and image on the Contributor Profile page. If I go to the profile page via the link from the Dashboard, all I get is my profile page with no way to add my name as a contributor or my photo. There are not any menu choices that I can see to do this.

 

What am I doing wrong?
