For funny reasons they get my images also over agencies where they get acepted and sold, when i send them directly they get rejected. Strange world. That's easy: both news and agency submissions are not being checked for image quality. (Alamy has stated that initially they may spot check agency images.) Underneath such image there will be a line: This image could have imperfections as it’s either historical or reportage. Some clients don't care, others may click away immediately. We don't know.
