payment initiated - but still not received

A payment was initiated to Paypal in December - says I should receive by 11th January - I am ware it is only 12th, but they are normally so punctual - anybody else have this issue?

 

Unrelated - but I also have another stock agency who are also not paying out - had payment pending since November - do not reply to emails.

 

Getting a bit concerned that some agencies are struggling to pay out.

 

Any updates would be appreciated.

There's been a thread on this, all payments are late. Bank transfer was 6 days late. Alamy won't explain why.
