In early November 2022 I successfully uploaded my first 3 photos via the Test submission process.
A few days later I attempted to upload a huge batch of 132 similar photos, which exceeded the sites limits and failed. Subsequently, I uploaded three large batches of photos (38, 49, and 49 photos), which "worked" but all the files have been in QC ever since, ~7 weeks so far. I think maybe uploading such large batches was a rookie mistake.
Questions:
Is the Alamy site still active and worthwhile?
If so, is there an Alamy support staff who can be contacted for technical issues? I can't find any support links.
Should I delete the 3 large batches and start over with smaller ones? Is there any way to delete an uploaded batch of photos? If so, it's not intuitively obvious how to go about it.
