opted-out of Distribution in China - Alamy must pay us?!??!

Question

Hi, got this email 2 months ago. But still $0 in my account. I tried to call Alamy (the pnone no from website is not for contributors :-((( ), but still not any help. Anyone has the same problem like this?

 

"Hi

We're very sorry that due to a technical error you have one or more image sales on your account via a particular distributor in China. We're aware that these sales have happened after you were already opted-out of Distribution in China and we apologise for these sales taking place.

Unfortunately, this happened due to a technical error on the distributor’s side.

We also realise these sales are much lower than you would normally see on your account and as a way of apology, we'll be paying all contributors 100% of the commission from these sales.
