I've been on Alamy for over 20 years (blimey) and when I prepare photos for upload I do things the original alamy way, which I think is no longer required.
I check the levels so there are no lost highlights or shadows and I never sharpen beyond very low levels as I believe it's up to the client or Alamy to add sharpening as appropriate. Is this still needed?

Hi Tim,

Congrats on the milestone.

Alamy still recommends checking the levels and not adding sharpening as you've described above, so you're all good.
