Not able to view my submitted images

Hi

 

This is my second attempt. This time I got an email advising that my first 3 images are QC cleared and need annotating.

 

I go to the Dashboard and I see reported  I have 3 images that are not for sale. 

 

I click the link and find no images. Instead, I get the screen I was presented as a new customer - expecting me to upload 3 images for the first time 

 

It's frustrating because my first attempt was 6th Feb and I received an email on Friday 11th March advising that my account is now open. On this occasion there was not even a hint I had uploaded 3 photos

 

Any ideas?

This may sound dumb, but are you sure you're logged in?

Click on the Tools button labelled "Alamy Image Manager" on your dashboard, add captions and tags, save, and then next working day they should appear on sale. Watch this video.
