Question about Property related release forms from the panoramas

RaoBandaru

Question

Greetings

I have joined as a contributor a week ago and while I was submitting my work especially the panoramic sceneries, I have run into situations like asking for Release Consent due to a very distant property captured in the frame.  Actually, the capturing of the property in the panoramic frame is intentional because of having reference objects in the panorama shots especially in the alps added beauty.

So, I would like to check with you on how can I make use of such shots without being retouching or cropping?

Hope I have provided enough details for you to review my request and respond at your convenience.

Thank you in advance.
