Image licensed for Consumer goods when listed as Editorial only.

Hello Forum

Has  anyone had an image licensed for a use which has been restricted?
One of my images has been licensed for Consumer Goods when it was listed as Editorial only with a restriction - Don't sell for Consumer Goods.

 

Rights Managed

Country: Worldwide Usage: Consumer goods Media: Garments/t-shirts Print run: up to 1,000 Start: 29 January 2021 End: 29 January 2024 Duration: 1 year. License period: For sell through. Client responsible for third party permissions.

 

I want this licence revoked and the sale cancelled. Can anyone tell me how to achieve this?  Any contact emails and phone number welcome please.  I called and was asked to send an email to contributors@alamy.com which I did, and received an auto response directing me to the FAQ and the Forum.
