I would like to discuss the claim process and system with anybody with experience of using ASCRL. I think that as a non-US person I can claim for uses in USA only. That includes books, mags, and websites. Not sure how worthwhile this is. I have plenty of News websites and a few ISBNs/ISSNs that I tried on my DACS claim so those are ready to go.
From the little reading I've done I get the impression that ASCRL is more about distributing money passed to them by foreign Collecting Societies ( like DACS) rather than funds originating in USA. Is that right?
Any guidance would be much appreciated. I do have a fairly large number of US sales over the years through Alamy, and a very large number across multiple US states through Getty.

Probably best to take this off forum - not sure.
Thanks
