Model Release

Hi All

I am a new contributer and have seen the call for tree felling images. I have a series which all feature one or two tree surgeons. I do not have model releases and some images show their faces. Since they are going about their work in a public place can I submit these images to Almay without a model release?

There's no requirement on Alamy to have a model release. You just say so in the annotation panel. It's up to a publisher whether or not they use them. If a buyer is really interested Alamy will ask you if you can get one.
