Cannot access my Dashboard on a tablet

Ever since Alamy's outage a couple of months ago, I haven't been able to access the Contributor Dashboard when viewing the Alamy site on my iPad (viewing it on a desktop is fine). All other areas are accessible. Am I doing something wrong, or is this a known issue?

As a related issue to this, I have no problem accessing my Dashboard via desktop, but once in, there has been no movement or adjustment of data since last Friday morning the 6th Nov. Is this just my system or is it general? I note there was reported maintenance work for last Saturday - is this related? I've also uploaded which shows in my Images section but the data hasn't changed on the Dashboard.
