A question about payments

Hello to everyone, 

I'm Manuel form Italy. 

I've a question for who can help me. I sold some photos more than a month ago, and the value is greater than 50 dollars.... but to this day i've not received any payment.

 

Can someone explain to me why. It's the first time i should receive a payment.

Payments take at least 45 days to clear from the date of invoice. So if all your sales clear in June, you should receive a payment in July. However, some clients take much longer to pay. I have uncleared invoices from last October and some contributors have been waiting over a year.
