Vector File send via filezila never display in Alamy manager

Hi buddies,

 

I'm first time send my vector file to alamy stock using filezila but the file never display in Alamy manager and I never receive any email notification that my vector is received or under qc control. Can anyone help me. I'm clueless.

I can see 3 images on Alamy so they must have passed.

In the forums if you click on the blue number under your avatar your images with alamy for sale pop up.
