Problems with configuration

Can anyone help with changing photos from landscape to portrait after uploading?  I have a couple of portrait photos that have uploaded to Alamy as landscape. This has not previously been a problem. I have no idea why the 2 photos in question have uploaded this way. I can't see where in the Alamy I can change them to portrait. Or do I have to remove them and try to upload again? Thanks.

Contact contributors@alamy.com - they may, or may not, be able to help you. You cannot do it yourself.

 

Check your settings for future uploads - camera / editing programme - what you have used may only be a temporary view rotation.
