Image Manager -I can not get to my uploaded images

When I go to Image Manager I am taken to an upload page. I want to go to images already uploaded so I can alter tags etc. because of low discoverability.

How do I do that?

I have never seen that. Do you use this link?  You have to be logged in.

On your dashboard page it's the left of the 4 grey buttons underneath the graph, where it says Tools:
