Winamilyen
Hello Folks, I currently have a collection of somewhere between 950 & possibly over 1000 Police/Sheriff/Marshal Patches mostly from the U.S.A. along with a few from other Countries If I photograph these patches should I photograph them on a plain white background and leave it at that, or should I remove the background Also what are the sales statistics for these types of images Many thanks Kind regards Ross
Colin Woods
Make sure its a pure white background. Even if you use white card it will still show as being white card. In your post processing you can select the background and fill with white, which is what I do. With a thousand to do its probably worth while getting a light tent and setting up your lighting to get the background white in camera.
