Duncan_Andison Posted November 10, 2017 Share Posted November 10, 2017 I haven't used Sony's 85 1.8 but I do have the Basis and can confirm it's a beautiful lens. Lovely colouring and micro contrast in a weather sealed light weight form and is sharp as hell wide open. I wouldn't replace it even for the G Master. I also use it with the A7rii.
