Are zooms relevant?

Something which may have been mentioned in the past and apologies if I'm repeating an observation.

Could CTR being calculated using views and zooms be an outdated method to base the popularity of a contributors images?

I'm getting between 150 and 400 views a day but zooms are rare affecting CTR adversely.

When researching images do potential buyers zoom as often as they used to?

It occurs to me that most of us use a larger screen and don't look at the smaller Mac/laptop screen and potential buyers already see a large enough image to make a judgement taking away the need to zoom on the image.

Is it relevant if they do or don't zoom?
