Missing Images after QC passed

Hi, I submitted three images and received confirmation that they had passed QC however they are not anywhere on my dashboard. I had previously had two failed attempts which were on my dashboard but when I go into image manager those images as well as the ones that were supposedly approved have gone. Any advice please?
