Not really about stock I suppose, and not even a new story, but a diversion and the album comes out today.

It has always rather fascinated me how Martin Parr's essentially candid pictures can be used in advertising. If you recognise yourself and contact him he will give you a print, signed I imagine, which is not to be sniffed at although in this case it seems that two people have made that claim.

A print would be useful if you could sell it! I've always thought Parr was overrated, some of his composition is lazy and his pictures of Brits quite cynical. I think Cartier Bresson was right.
