Payment details - balance cleared but not received a payment

Good morning,

 

I have a question about payment details. 

I made an account some years ago and I haven't been very active on Alamy.

I saw that I have sold some photos in June and that the balance has been cleared, but I have never received any payments.

So I am checking my payment details in Account settings / Payment options but there's no information there. Only that it is in Euros.

I also don't see any options to add my payment details. The only option I have is to apply for 30 day credit account?

I just can't remember what I filled in when I made the account in 2019.

I want to be more active on Alamy and add more photos, but there's no point in that if I can't receive any payments.

 

How can I add my payment details? Will I be able to receive my payment that has already been done?

In 'My Dashboard' next to Overview tab there is "Account settings" tab.

Then, in the right hand column, top, you can click 'Edit' next to "Your payment info".
