New to Alamy, and I uploaded my first vectors recently. 48 hours after the submission and still no email with confirmation, and they still aren't on the website. My JPG files were submitted just fine though. I logged out of my account and logged back in, and the opposite happened: my JPGs were gone, but the vectors are now showing up. Now I can't access my JPGs at all, it's like I never even submitted them. Has anyone had this issue before? What do I do?
