Need to know about Payments done by Alamy but not reflecting in Paypal Acoount

I have got an email that says "Alamy Inc sent you $XX.YY amount on dd/mm/yyyy. Then I
checked and confirmed in my Alamy Contributor Account and there shows they have paid me in my paypal
account, but my payment is not reflected in my paypal account, and showing my current balance 0.
Please help and guide me so that I'll not have such problem in future.

It's normally takes up to about a week after Alamy have said they paid me until it arrives in my bank account. I wouldn't worry about it unless it's significantly longer than this.

If its more than 2 weeks, write to Alamy.
