When do I get the result for the first submission quality control?

Hi!

 

I submitted 3 photos several hours ago. My QC rank is 2 stars out of 3. I received a couple of hours ago an email saying that "it's great to have you as part of the community of photographers and thanks for joining". Now when I go to Image Manager there is a message saying that my account will be updated once complete. 

I don't understand. Did I get the approval email? When can I submit other photos?

You need to wait for QC to inspect your 1st submission. That can take several days. After that QC is usually done in 24 hours (working days only) although site maintenance and Covid-19 have caused some delays recently.
