FTP Issue

When I FTP a batch of images, sometime they get put into separate collections or file, I'm guessing this happens because of a lag or such in my internet connection. But, Is there a way to merge them back into a single collection.?  Would make editing easier, thanks

You can select multiple submissions in AIM by <Shift> + <Click> allowing editing across images from mulitple submissions.
