Request information on uploading that is done correctly vectors via FTP but I don't see the illustrations on alamy to add the metadata

Hi, I've been trying to upload vectors with FTP Filezilla for a few days but I can't see the tab to add the metadata. The upload to the "VECTORS" folder in the FTP happens correctly but then I don't see the illustrations in my Alamy contributor window to add the metadata.
You can help me?

I know that the images go to review first, then you can add metadata after they are approved.
