Summary for 01 October 2017 to 28 October 2017   hi does this mean 70 percent is taking off the payment of one picture sale ? i dont find a contact in the accounts department to clarify the payment of the remaining 30 dollars even .. who do i contact for future and past payments ? thank you

Yes, in this case 70% is taken by Alamy and the distributor. If the sale had been direct (not via a distributor) and if the image is exclusive to Alamy, then Alamy's commission would be 50%). A full table of commission rates can be found part way down this page. https://www.alamy.com/terms/contributor.aspx#Pricing-and-Promotion

 

Alamy will pay you (using the method you have set up on the Account settings tab of your Alamy dashboard) at the start of the next month after you account reaches over $50 of cleared funds.
