I have been using one for years getting payment from alamy but they sent me a email last year saying payment could not be made. I cannot talk directly to finance but have even sent them a screenshot of a) citi's details and b) the form you fill in on Alamy's website. You cannot see existing details. No luck, alamy finance says they have not changed anything. Just to be clear it is a USD denominated account based in the UK with a UK sort code and account number.
