Deb Shoots Posted December 22, 2018 Share Posted December 22, 2018 Hi, I submitted my initial 3 images for QC and was told it failed due to me only uploading 2 images (despite the fact the system thanks me for uploading 3 images). I contacted the helpdesk via email and was also told that I had only submitted 2 images and that I must submit 3 images. I did a new submission with 3 photos and the exact same thing has happened.
