Heya - I'm Alex, a passionate photographer. I recently uploaded my test submission, but I believe an error occurred, and I want to see if I can take it back. I only uploaded one image for my test submission and the image is already in QC. I believe that the system requires you to upload 3, but my one image automatically was sent to QC, and I can't upload any more images. However, it also isn't the image I want to upload - and I can't upload the other 2 images I need to upload, so I was hoping if I can take the image back and re-upload my images for my test submission. The ID of the image is 2CCJCYR. I completely understand if it isn't possible, but I was hoping for something. :)

I'll explain this entire problem. So after two failed test submissions and 20 wasted days, I finally managed to get 3 images past QC. I filled in the keywords so they showed up on the image manager as on sale, but when I go to My Alamy and its sales graph, my 3 images are indicated as not on sale. When I search up the keywords to my own images in the search bar, they don't show up at all. Then why are they labelled as "on sale" in the image manager with an orange bar next to each one. WHEN will they be up for sale?! I am at the end of my rope here! I have tried my best to get past every single mistake I made to get past QC only to be tripped up at the last hurdle by what appears to be a flaw with the website itself... The reason I decided to get away from 123RF was that its website design was so dysfunctional and outdated that I was unable to upload images AT ALL, now Alamy seems to be messing up too?? For context, the last time I checked whether my images were showing up in the search bar it was about an hour or two after my test submission was accepted, and I have only 1 star out of 3 on my QC ranking, which may have done something to my images' visibility? I'm not sure.

Hi, I submitted my initial 3 images for QC and was told it failed due to me only uploading 2 images (despite the fact the system thanks me for uploading 3 images). I contacted the helpdesk via email and was also told that I had only submitted 2 images and that I must submit 3 images. I did a new submission with 3 photos and the exact same thing has happened. I have emailed customer service again and am awaiting a response. Has anyone else had this problem? Cheers

Nine out of ten times that I try to upload an image I get the message Error Invalid Parameters. Super frustrating. Could someone fix this issue? I must be a glutton for punishment because I keep shooting stock images with my cell phone then attempt to upload them. Stockimo is a huge waste of time and effort - why bother spending all that time typing in a description, then adding keywords only to have all that work tossed?
