I am hoping you can tell me what these two items mean: Media Schedule: 8:00 AM — 9:00 AM - Media must pre-set all equipment including sat trucks by 9:00 AM. 9:00 AM — 10:00 AM: There will be a security sweep of the venue. No personnel will be allowed access to the venue during this time Do I simply lay out my camera, tablet and bag and leave them there for inspection?
