Peter J Hatcher Posted February 4, 2014 Share Posted February 4, 2014 I have been unable to upload images for the first time in nearly ten years. Although the images appear in the Alamy upload box they fail to upload. They are all jpg files. I have tried deleting temporary files on the computer, clearing the browser cache (Chrome), using Opera as a browser, updating the latest version of Flash and all this over several days. I am using a 64 bit windows 7 operating system and a BT Homehub 4 broadband connection. Has anybody got any ideas about what I might try next. davepmyoung Posted February 8, 2014 Share Posted February 8, 2014 I use Windows 8 64bit and chrome and by homehub 4, no problems in up loading at all. Have you changed anything recently? If your internet is working ok then you should be able to see the Alamy server.see if you see what pictures are up for sale to test your connection. Try logging off and the back on again.
