Upload FTP finish but not show on Alamy Image Manager.

do you also have problems upload vectors? I have been doing tests for many days but the vector files uploaded (via FTP) do not appear in the dashboard, does anyone have any solutions? thank you in advance... 🙂

I've also had problems uploading vectors by FTP for several days.

The vectors that I upload do not appear on the web to finish editing them.

I have the same problem, i send email to Alamy Support Team but waiting feedback from them.

I have many vector files upload to FTP of Alamy via FileZilla. I upload success but  vector file are not show on Alamy Image Manager.

How do them show on Alamy Image Manager?

Same problem, got this response after sending them a mail:

"Our IT team are aware of the technical issue with uploading via FTP, as we have had many contributors emailing in about it. We hope there will be an update soon for our contributors."

 

I guess we just have to wait?

Yes, I receive email the same content with you from Alamy.

I wait than 4 day. I do not know them fix this problem.

Did you find out at the end what the issue was, or just waited for vectors to appear? I'm currently experiencing the same problem and have no idea what to do 😔
