This is my first time to use this forum although I have been contributing to Alamy for 14 years.
I have been in contact with Alamy support since August 12, because my payment was missing. The payment was initiated on August 2 according to Alamy's web page.
Initially the support team said there was a delay and I should be paid by August 18.
Today is August 20, no payment has been received.
Today Alamy support says: "We’re just checking with our finance team about this."
This is not acceptable.
Alamy should pay me immediately and then figure out what has gone wrong internally.
Does anyone know how to bring this matter to the attention of a manager?
