Vector File send via ftp that was not display Alamy image manager

Hi, I had added vector file via ftp before. Now I have added vector file via ftp and uploaded successfully, but not added in image manager yet. I have tried several times. I need help to solution my vector files.

Hello.
I load vectors through the FTP downloader, but the files in my account do not appear.
The loader notifies that all files are transferred to the server, but they do not appear on the site.
I downloaded yesterday and also did a reload today, but there is no result.
Please tell me what’s the matter and what to do so that the files are displayed on the site?
