Location and More Info fields in Image Manager

I use Lightroom to prepare images for submission. I add a location in Lightroom's Map module and complete both the Caption and the Title fields in Lightroom. When my images are submitted to Alamy, the Image Manager automatically populates most fields with the Lightroom data but the "Location" fields and the "More Info" fields are left blank. Why is Lightroom's mapping information not automatically brought into Alamy and why does either the Lightroom "caption" or "title" field (whichever one is not used for Alamy "caption" field) not auto-populate the "More Info" field.
