skylineboy Posted March 17, 2018 Author Share Posted March 17, 2018 thanks for the comments guys, i'll see what they themselves say and offer any sort of defence. the images have been removed so there it that at least! obviously it wouldnt be possible to file in person etc, so if i were to take it further i'd be looking at the "contingency" or as in uk call it "no win no (or low) fee". ColdCoffee Posted March 17, 2018 Share Posted March 17, 2018 Alamy might pursue it if it is a US based website and your photo is filed for CR .. as a last resort if you don't want to chase it yourself.
