It's in the Irish edition Keith - I only have access to the online version - and the story is entitled "How to silence noisy neighbours", with the link headed "Don't suffer noise in silence". Talks about Sarah and Ahmed El Kerrami being made to pay £107,397 in  compensation to Sarvenaz Fouladi who lived below them in a London apartment. It goes on to discuss the legal implications for people living in Ireland.
