Reimar 410
Well, how did January go after all that slow month business? Pretty slow for me. Only 11 sales for $485. I just got my best 3000 images set with 10 supertags each, so maybe things will step up now.
Alex Ramsay 578
22 sales for $705 gross - a good average month for me Alex
Gabbro 288
17 sales for $904, including 2 resale of refund from December, probably my highest number of monthly sales ever. Only two are $$$ sales.
Keith Douglas 510
6 sales for $81 gross. Disappointing, particularly as 4 of them are single figure $ sales.
AlbertSnapper 2,625
11 for $382. Quite a few still unreported/refunded (when still used)/wrong licence details etc. to chase up. Time consuming to sort out. And annoying. 1
David Davies 66
I had 4 sales for $426, things seem to be improving!
Cryptoprocta 779
Very strange month for me. 6 sales by the 15th, gross $$ more than in each of 11 months of 2017 - then absolutely nada for the past two weeks.
Nick Hatton 154
Just the one sale on the last day of the month for $64
gvallee 3,231
17 sales for $516. Only one $$$.
Bryan 14,264
14 new sales for a gross $517, highest $150 (USA). 18 deals in total, including 2 refunds and resales for lower amounts giving a grand (but illusory) total of $636. Worryingly two sets of duplicate sales within the 14, so maybe further refunds on the way. Zooms doubled over the month to somewhere near average. After a dreadful start to the month, things did pick up...... Edited January 31, 2018 by Bryan
John Mitchell 4,641
Good start to the year volume-wise with lucky 13 sales, but not so good for revenue (only $262 gross) due to low -- and very low -- prices. Sold my first RF image ever on Alamy in January, which I guess is something of a milestone.
Abiyoyo 1,263
Bad month with just two sales for $52. There are two unreported sales from newspapers that should come out soon.
losdemas 2,815
3 for $114. Another for around $50 was refunded the day after it was reported (appears a genuine mistaken purchase as it was a similar to a previous sale in November under the same licensing terms). All sales were made in the first 15 days, then nothing. Plenty of zooms and one known unreported sale from December. Concerning to me are incorrect licensing usages (PU/presentations), and the time taken to resolve these when the culprits are found and reported. EDIT: will be interesting to see what license terms are settled when these cases are resolved. Edited February 1, 2018 by losdemas
Sultanpepa 976
A very slow first 20 days then things started to move. I ended up with 10 sales for $175. Not great but it gets me off the mark.
Michael Ventura 5,635
January had a strong start for me and then by mid month the faucet stopped working. 9 sales (3 for $100+) for gross of $710. So I ended up with a below average month to start the year.
njene 152
January was a complete bust for me No sales, zooms were average
Rick Lewis 157
Average month for me. Rick
fotoDogue 564
Sometime in the time when it's January in New York, and February in London, my sixth sale of this year dropped in. It's a little hard to find in My Alamy but it's there. That makes it 6 for $240.
Lisa 9,560
3 for $128. Edit: Stopped uploading to Alamy stock in 2016. I am now only submitting iPhone photos. Edited February 1, 2018 by Lisa
ReeRay 351
Average month. Zooms down but volume and sales holding up. I'm remaining positive.
vpics 660
Average month - looking back at January 2017, it's 100% up from then. Zooms up. Average sale $36. Big refund at the end of the month for a December sale that had just cleared, which means, I'm not too pleased.
CandyAppleRed Images 131
Decent start to the year though zooms and views seem down. 5 for $250, best in $ terms for 2 years and 6th best month ever. Ranged from the sublime ($197) to the ridiculous in a distributor sale that didn't take my then total past $200.
Colblimp 2,078
3 for $163, with one for $100. Happy enough, although obviously I'd have liked more. It bodes well for the rest of the year.
andremichel 294
Number of sales good at 20, but sales amounts low with nothing over $70, giving a total of $489 gross. It is even worse translating back to GBP now that the exchange rate has recovered back up to $1-42 per £1. I know its only one month, but given my images on Alamy have increased from 6000 to 9800 since last January 2017, I was hoping for better. Webby 230
After an early sale on 2nd Jan, I was feeling pretty upbeat......until there was nothing until 30/31st when 3 more dropped in. Low prices though.... 4 for a total of $50
