Alamy Measures broken?

Recommended Posts

Taking my customary look at Alamy measures first thing in the morning - and it appears to have gone berserk! The reports are all over the place and bear no resemblance to previous data. Both current and previous information provided no appears to be incorrect. I take it that this is not just me seeing this?!

Me too. One of my Pseudonyms is missing from Alamy Measures and it has thrown the data all over the place. Seems to have affected all the info particularly CTR!!

It would indeed seem that Measures is broken today. I can see figures for just one of my pseudos, though the figures for that one pseudo do look correct.

I just looked at my Alamy Measures and was stunned to see that almost all of my contributions to Alamy had disappeared. I have been a contributor since Feb. 4, 2008 and have uploaded 4,145 photographs to Alamy. Almost all of them had disappeared from Alamy Measures!!!!! Moreover, in the last two months, Alamy has only made one sale for me -- for a gross amount of $19.99. What's going on????????

It looks ok-ish on my side, but CTR appears low - but CTR is not on my focus, show could be OK.

It was fine 30 mins ago and had already been updated for the day.

while you say that, I had it once that during the update the figures looked garbled.

Not ok for me. Four of my pseudos are missing from the list and ctr has shot up as a result. Definately broken here.

Yes, it looks broken. No data collected for last year and CTR flatlined.p2622845604-3.jpg

EDIT: I'm not being pretentious with the watermark BTW, it is added automatically on my site when I upload there.

Same here, everything’s at zero. Bit of a shock - glad to see this thread and its not just me. Hope Alamy have a backup strategy.

Must be only some contributors.  My figures and graph seems normal.

I just get the 'why don't I have any data' cream coloured square, although it says 'Last Updated on : 14 Nov 2017 06:40 GMT'

I don't think it's been working properly recently.

I check every day and yesterday I had 2 zooms in my total column that hadn't been reported before, so I don't know what the search terms were.

Hi everyone

We have raised this issue with our IT team and they are working on a fix. We'll keep you posted!

Thanks

Cheers!

Ps. "bikini girl" and "yoga woman" topping the views list on customer search activity for "all of alamy" - that at least seems entirely normal. :D
