John Mitchell
I have tried twilight and night modes with my RX100 mkI and in each case the camera just takes one shot. When I tried this on my A6000 the camera sounded like a short bust from a machine-gun. About six shots for one image. Allan If you get off on the machine-gun effect, try shooting in panorama mode. I have the Dutch version) That'll give you a machine-gun burst but it'll be a Jpeg. I use that setting as a last option when the Night Scene mode doesn't give me satisfying results. Cheers, Philippe Thanks Philippe. I was using both settings just as an experiment and some of the images were good enough to try loading up to Alamy. They passed too.
