How was your October 2016?

Mine was excellent thank you!

A best month ever for sales volume with 21, BME for rolling sales for the month (29) and BME for rolling views for the month (10,106)

Revenue wasn't too bad at $555 - highest sale $86.04. 1 refund which was rebought at exactly the same price and conditions plus 1 unreported sale.

A very happy November bunny!

John.

20 sales for $736 gross - down from the 4-figure highs of the last couple of months, but a very healthy average all the same

I'm on the other side of the coin - just one sale for $5.04 gross!! This is my worst month of the year for sales but I did have a record number of zooms for a month so maybe some of these will turn into sales....

12 sales for me is good on the face of it but only one of those over 20 bucks leaves me a little disappointed. You'd think I'd be used to it by now.  :(

Absolutely nothing, first time in nearly 4 years. No Christmas presents for the kiddies :(

7 sales for $244 gross, $122 net.

One was a licence generated retrospectively for an infringement I that notified member services about many months ago.

Three were very low value newspaper scheme sales :-(

One thing I noticed is that these three newspaper sales have been reported more quickly than I'm used to (the images were published during Sept 2016).

8 sales - $211 gross - some are low distribution and newspaper sales. Somewhat disappointing.

50% of September's sale but for virtually the same amount.

Overall, not a happy bunny.

I had more or less sales every month during the year. October surprised me with its beautifully round zero.

6 sales, $76 net.

Most strange: this one as a personal use!!!

BTW, an American friend tells me he sees Personal Use as being $20, but here it's £9.99, which is quite a difference (and the above personal use sold for even less than that, apparently).

Average in terms of sales at 10, but I'm really noticing the disappointing drop in prices - $232 gross. That includes a TV use and magazine use which now pays at least a third less than before!

5 sales - lowest of the year so far -  for $178 so better average pricing than recently.  All direct sales.  Zooms were doing OK until 12 (covering 11 different subjects) were looked at last Friday.  That raised my CTR a bit  :)

Average 23 sales for $338 gross.

It takes me to 999 sales over the last nine years I've been on Alamy.

Two for $148.80 gross, not the best ever but well above average for me.

Lots of sales-refund action but after disqualifying all of those I have 16 sales and $645.30 gross in October. A couple of startlingly low-value sales in there which I suspect are to a UK newspaper that doesn't report actual news.

three sales, including two end-of-month, but the prices! After commission I might just be able to afford a bottle of cheap sherry for Christmas!

First Cambodia, now Vietnam, I wish I had your troubles, Funky.

Average month for numbers: 28 for 1720

$ a bit above average with some very healthy sales.

Only 3 above 100 though, but with an average of $ 61 including newspapers; cheap distributors and the odd wallpaper, who cares.

Very high number of views, which is not good (for rank) if there are no sales to match.

Many zooms for subjects that get an enormous amount of total zooms.

Someone (UCO=1) zoomed 100x for the keyword photo. Including 1 of mine.

However 22 persons looked for car and only 1 of mine was zoomed.

October was a good month in terms of number of sales, best month this year, with 21.  But $ only so-so at $941.  Three above $100.

On a very good note, I have topped last years gross and that stops the four year slide down from my best year, 2011.  Now if I can only get back to 2011 numbers, I would be a very happy guy!
