Brian Yarvin 456
Let's say you've used a pseudonym in the past and deleted it. If you then created a new pseudonym with the same name as the old one, would stats from the old one carry over, or were they deleted when I got rid of it last time?
Allan Bell 2,629
Just my opinion but I think/assume the renewed pseudo would be given a median rank just like any new pseudo. I do not think Alamy would keep details of old pseudos. Allan Edited October 23, 2016 by Allan Bell
Niels Quist 708
Agree with Allan, but I would wait a few days before creating the new one to be sure all server updates have taken place. Edited October 23, 2016 by Niels Quist
SShep 15,991
I may be misunderstanding this but the Alamy help for pseudonyms says: 'If you delete a pseudonym, you will also delete all the images associated with it. You will not be able to use the pseudonym again.' I've always taken this to mean that you wouldn't be able to create a new pseudonym with the same name as a deleted one.
