That article about york minster got held up to the camera during the BBC news this morning in the paper review, good for a TV claim

 

Interesting possibility. I thought myself well up on copyright but  I can't answer that one off the cuff.

As far as I know that can count as a TV use on a DACS TV claim

Seems right, the reporting and review exception doesn't apply to photographs. You'd have to be quite lucky to spot it, though.

An Alamy search on "battersea power station redevelopment". Second row. Failing that Google image search often finds the Alamy page.

The Guardian must have been the last to stop crediting. They certainly were doing as late as 2013.
