That article about york minster got held up to the camera during the BBC news this morning in the paper review, good for a TV claim

 

Interesting possibility. I thought myself well up on copyright but  I can't answer that one off the cuff.

Interesting possibility. I thought myself well up on copyright but  I can't answer that one off the cuff.

 

 

As far as I know that can count as a TV use on a DACS TV claim

The Guardian must have been the last to stop crediting. They certainly were doing as late as 2013.
