Bryan 14,316
Another great topic, but struggling to find any dramatic entries! As is often the case, the competition reveals a hole in my collection. Ceiling decoration within the church of St Catherine at Lenzen, Germany. I confess to preferring this muted, but attractive, style of ecclesiastical decoration to the gaudy gold of the large Catholic cathedrals, or the banal white found in UK Church of England buildings.
