The above 2 Alamy images by photographers Hon Lau - Dublin and Tim E. White appeared in the Guardian in a guide to the city of Dublin. As ireland looks to celebrate independence in 1916, Dublin is likely to be the centre of things with O'Connell Street's post office hosting an exhibition starting 29th March. The city itself has recovered from the economic dolrums of eight years ago and has a vibrant art scene. Also Dublin hosts some brilliant restaurants, bistros and cafes as well as some wonderful pubs and theatres. The featured in the article illustrates some of the places to visit.

There is also an image of ‘The Globe’ sculpture by Joe Smith at Knockan Crag attributed to Mar Photographics on Alamy, yet this image is not in their portfolio here.  Perhaps previously available here and now deleted?  Not available to download as wallpaper via Bing either.  Perhaps this is why?
