The Eiffel Tower with the river Seine in fall? It's used reguraly, so it has to turn up early in searches. (Or it's RF.) The hotel sites and the blogs probably nicked them from The Mail.

probably with the keywords Parisian Landmark.

Seine; Autumn; fall; Pont; Iena are all not in his keywords.

Nonlinear; integral; differential; equation and counterbalancing are, so that may have been other possible keywords ;-)

The image of the Eiffel tower is on page 1 relevent search for search "Paris Eiffel Tower", when I looked a week ago I just could not find it

oops, and I: regularly

 

Oh wow: for Eiffel Tower Paris the result is quite different: then it's on the second page for relevant.

The Champs d' may have been searched with romantic Paris: 2nd on first row.
