Hasn't image BYPCBA got the wrong caption and keywords as it looks very much like the river Windrush in Bourton on the Water to me and not a river in Pittville Park, Cheltenham.

Looks to be the same vehicle, albeit with a different number plate! Possibly used as the basis for some photoshoppery?
